Terms of Service

RESRV ("we", "us", "our") provides a SaaS platform that enables hospitality venues to create and manage digital menus displayed on TV screens, QR codes, and web pages. By accessing or using RESRV at resrv.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or display content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for any purpose other than managing venue menus in good faith
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are listed on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We offer a 14-day free trial on selected plans. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Upon cancellation, your account will revert to a free tier (if available) or become read-only. We will retain your data for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described there.

RESRV and its underlying software remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all menu content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver that content as part of the Service.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESRV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
